Had a semi pleasant but drawn out experience today. Google reviews are not very high and can understand why. But this is the NHS, so I'm not sure what people expect! If you want better care and an experience go to Bupa!

I took my then 2 year old there with a fever plus he was barely eating anything. The \doctor\ told me not to worry, there's nothing wrong it's because of the weather is too cold and when it'll get warmer he will feel better (most ridiculous thing I ever heard.. and from a doctor). He didn't even check his temperature, throat, ears, anything at all. I obviously had to get a second opinion the next day and turns out he had tonsilitis. So thanks for that.

They are rude and not exactly helpful. I am of the opinion that you signed up to save life and help the poor in health but clearly they seem to be tired of doing that job. Having a phone consultation and trying to rush me off the phone without me getting a word in. Who does that? Or sounding irritated with a patient who is trying to understand what is actually wrong with them(Dr Amaka). Please you all need to do better. No body prays to be ill and you might also find yourself in the same position in need of help.

This has got to be by far the worst GP practice around. Never solve your problems, just chuck a tablet at it, rude receptionist, you’ll actually feel better for not going. Changing my GP!!!

I was so apprehensive about booking my cervical screening appointment, because everytime I have attended this practice, its just always felt as if I am bothering the receptionist and the doctors, but my appointment today was with the sexual health practitioner/doctor, who was amazing. So friendly, so helpful so warm so professional. I left today feeling really informed and without any concerns; I'd even go as far as saying that the information she provided, made me feel empowered.
