Awful! I ordered at 18:30 and it's now 21:54. Nothing has been delivered and I have called the restaurant 142 times to find it constantly engaged! No one has had the courtesy to call me to explain the delay. Just Eat were useless as I cannot contact them and I now have to sort out my hungry children. After being a loyal customer for years, I am utterly shocked to be treated this way. Good bye, Ho Lok - never again!
Delivery is always quick and tatse really good. Seems like I've been ordering from them forever and never had any reason to complain .
Friendly curtious staff, and my dietary needs are catered for... I.e gluten free.
