I can not thank Lola’s Cupcakes Bromley enough for making the most beautiful cupcakes for my friends birthday. The team were so lovely down the phone and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place if you haven’t tried them already!

Have been waiting to be served in the queue for ages to be served but no one around! Then finally saw someone in Lola's uniform and she saw me too... But not a word and she passed by... What a service!!

Wow what a delicious cup cake. I had a vegan coconut and raspberry...... moist cake and dreamy creamy topping. One star off as the staff were not very helpful.

Was in bromley to have cake for my sister's birthday. After going to one "cake shop" and asking for gluten free options I was disappointed with the lack of options. So walking past Lola's I asked about gluten free and was offered 4/5 different cupcakes. When torn the server suggested i try the vegan chocolate fudge cake. And it was delicious one of the best cakes I have eaten. She was a lovely girl (sorry I didn't get your name) Even told me I could get that cake in birthday cake form. I ordered 4 cupcakes and everyone thoroughly enjoyed them.

This is by far the worst Lola’s we have been been to. We went to Lola’s cupcakes in the Glades Bromley kent last night to buy the children cupcakes after a long evening Christmas shopping. The lady working behind the counter was on the phone. We thought she was taking an order but after 5 minutes waiting trying to get her attention she it was obvious she it was a personal call. She kept repeating we are closing soon and completely ignored us. We walked away and I turned around to see her come off the phone, clearly she did not want to serve us. This is such a shame as other stores have always had the best customer service.
