We used Omnibuzz after lots of research on other companies offering Routemaster hire for weddings. They were around 20-30 more expensive than some others, but to be honest we were looking for something reliable for our wedding day rather than the very cheapest. Simon, who I corresponded with was very professional and prompt with answering queries, and the whole booking experience was good. On the day, the bus arrived very promptly and it looked amazing! I was very happy. Not too much advertising on the side of the bus, like some others I've seen. The staff were great, really helpful and friendly, and we got to our reception venue on time. Overall, I would definitely recommend - I know how difficult it can be to choose, so wanted to write them a good review. Many thanks Omnibuzz.

Would not recommend. Bus broke down on the day of our wedding, and they were unable to provide a replacement. The bus was booked to pick up our guests from two locations and bring them to the Church, which meant that I spent the two hours before my wedding calling as many guests as possible to ask them to make alternative arrangements. Had to arrange last minute transport for 110 guests (i.e. minicabs, taxis etc) at a huge additional expense and no compensation provided. Before this disaster, we were also informed the day before the wedding that the bus we had hired (a Green London Bus) was not available, but a replacement (Red London Bus) was being provided. Although this was not a huge inconvenience, we had specifically chosen this bus company due to the option of having an alternative to the conventional Red London Bus. The minimum expectation for a transport hire company is reliability, particularly when booked for a special occasion.
