Original review from 2019-07-02: Temple Lifts have recently replaced 3 lifts at Riverside Close, west London. It took painfully long 3 months per lift (these blocks are just 4 stories tall) causing massive misery to all higher floors residents. Within few months after they've been put to service ALL THREE suffered from prolonged outages. A resident got trapped inside for almost 2 hours on one occasion (the emergency button wasn't working!). With the last break down it took Temple Lifts THREE DAYS to turn up just to power the lift off. A week later the lift (pictured) is still out of order with no updates from anybody. All flat owners are now expected to pay thousands of pounds each for this travesty \upgrade\. AVOID! Update from 2019-07-15: After two and a half weeks of down time lift in block 1 Riverside Close was put back to service last Friday. Yesterday I took a ride to the 4th floor and couldn't really believe what I saw and heard: 1. It makes screeching noises when in motion (it wasn't before the last break down). 2. The display is broken (picture attached), 3. After it made a full stop on the 4th floor the door didn't open. At that point I was sure I was going to be trapped inside for hours. It took several button presses accompanied by noises for the door to eventually open. Both the quality of parts used and Temple Lifts services fall below any reasonable standards and expectations. Why was the lift put back in service in that state?

Absolute disgraceful behaviour by one of your drivers Temple lifts. Cycling down Priory lane one of your employees used your company vehicle to try cause bodily harm to me and others along the stretch of road. Your vehicles are loaded guns in the hands of incompetent people! I’m disgusted to think you could have such a disgraceful and inhumane employee. This is a criminal offence and I have reported the matter with the local authorities!

Some of the engineers are rude, not comfortable with one in particular in my home. They turn up out of the blue. When they do make an appointment they don't show up on time often no show at all. They never seem to have spare parts, there seems to be only one engineer who knows what he is doing. When you finally have that engineer, he is on the phone for ages explaining to the other engineers how to fix the lift they are working on, so your job takes hours. They have a massive staff turnover, with lots of experienced engineers leaving with in a few weeks. If you have any choice DO NOT USE THEM. UPDATE: SENT THIS VIA YOUR WEBSITE AS REQUESTED.

One of their drivers nearly knocked me off my bike and killed me. Honestly ,the most dangerous obnoxious driving I've ever seen in London. I'm presuming their service isn't much better. EXCUSE THE PUN BUT PLEASE EVERYONE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

After learning that my ill & elderly neighbour had been left without a working stair lift since the 17th Dec 2018. Seeing how much pain she was in with her COPD side effects as she degraded herself to shuffling up & down 2 consecutive flights of stairs in alot of pain on her bottom, to get to her flat. Her neighbours have rallied around making sure she had everything she needed for over the xmas & new year holiday. Multiple phone calls were made to Temple lifts who wouldn't give any details to anybody but was told to go directly through the housing association. If only they were aware of the incompetence of both companies involved - leaving my neighbour distraught. Being her neighbour i took the opportunity to do something. Acting on impulse I made several calls but hit several brick walls. Temple lifts you are laughable. Your staff have no hesitation to hang up on a customer if they are addressing a problem with covern or anger they will HANG UP ON YOU & THREATEN YOU TO DO SO ALSO. Brilliant customer service. YOU DESERVE YOUR 1 STAR. LIVE IN IT.
