I've recently bought a fantastic BMW 1 series from The Car Site on Bromley Hill. I genuinely had no idea of what I wanted to buy but that didn't matter because when I spoke with Arthur the salesman, he talked me though various options. His knowledge of the stock available was immense and after a short conversation he sussed out the perfect car for me. All agreed over the phone and just a brief visit to the site to complete paperwork and collect my fabulous new car. What a wonderful experience down at The Car Site. I turned up with genuinely no idea of what to buy. I met Arthur who had a wealth of knowledge about his stock, and picked out a shortlist of 4 perfectly fitting cars. I would avoid this company - so many issues with my car after a year I have had to sell it at a huge loss to get rid of the headache and the money pit that it became. After a month the engine light appeared and a year later never went away no matter how many repairs and new parts. Even went to 3 different mechanics. Passenger window never worked and the back door doesn't lock! selling a car and not disclosing this within the sale - is fraud. Look elsewhere and go with companies that offer extended warranties with the sale.
Great customer service! Lewis was very patient and helpful, as I was buying my first car I had a limited budget, however he pointed me to cars that would suit, taking the insurance costs into consideration as well. Very efficient with paperwork, and me and my family were impressed with the COVID precautions that the office took. I have had no problems with the car, and would recommend buying from the Carsite.
