Me and my sister got our necks pierced in October and it was an amazing experience. We was welcomed and felt very comfortable. The apprentice Amy was very nice and kind. The shop was very clean and followed all the COVID guidelines. Our piercings have healed very well and attract so much attention. I would definitely recommend.

Popped in to see if they could pierce my nose, I was seen instantly and both the gent who did my piercing and the apprentice who watched were super friendly and funny. He explained everything before he did it to keep me relaxed and the whole thing was all done within about 2 minutes. I'll definitely go back for any other piercings

Darren is a brilliant piercer, really knowledgeable and has trained with Steve Haworth. He runs a friendly shop and is always happy to help. Definitely recommend!

They simply do not reply to messages - I’ve messaged via Facebook and Instagram with queries to which I can’t find the answers on their website (lol, “website” - Facebook page), both times I’ve been left on read Update 3 days after my original review: Valhalla has replied here to apologise for my feelings* and to explain that they’ve since replied to my message sent a few nights ago - they did indeed reply to that message , though they didn’t actually answer the query in full. In addition, this doesn’t explain the lack of response to a message I sent via FB messenger back in June Nice try, though. *“Sorry you feel” isn’t an appropriate apology - apologise for not responding in a timely manner, not for how I felt about it.
