Typical Waitrose shop. It's a bit on the small side so there is a limited range on offer on some aisles. Car park at the back is good. Overall it's great for picking up a few bits specially their organic range. Service is hit and miss, staff are often distracted, chatting with one another, and sometimes look as if they cant be bothered. A lot of older people use this store so the wait at the checkout can be longer than normal.

It saddens me to know, that after living in the area for a couple of years to find a supermarket that has a decent selection of organic vegetables, that's not only reasonable priced, but clearly highlighted..... To know that this store will be closing on the 03/11/2019.hopefully the next wait rose nearby is just as organised.

I like this local store because most of staff there so friendly and kindly. Specially the younger stuff and 3 of the male manager were so good. You could get everything you need, also really feel happy when they smile to you. But few woman staffs they not really nice, blank face to customers, talk to each other very often and grab the bargain goods hidden for themselves on the working time, hopefully they could really working for waitrose and give quality service for customers. Many thanks!

Not a huge store, but well stocked and has excellent staff. Adequate parking behind the store. The shop is just opposite a bus stop (261 / 126 routes) and a short walk from Grove Park station.

Clean. Staff are friendly. Fair selection in food and confectionery, good frozen items selection. Limited parking and is a pain to get back on burnt ash lane after the give way as heavy traffic flow across. Parking at rear end one lane before waitrose (when going towards grove park) so could be easily missed. I still go regularly as food quality is great and is worth the trouble.

Now it sells very tasty cherry tomatoes . Good quality fruit and pastry. Waitrose LoveLife Nut & Dried Fruit Selection. Organic and free range chicken. Yummy Tunnock's tea cake. Very good service. Autumn season now, very yummy chestnut, I boiled them then roasted them, so yummy and sweet, easy to peel after boiled and roasted,oh, don't forget to cut them openings first. Wheel chair access.
