Disaster Averted - Thanks to some great lateral thinking by a member of the team at this location (Filip - I think that's the right spelling), we were able to get our mini bus/van sorted. It was a very emotional time for my partner and I when we discovered that due to a administration mixup (A 3rd party issue not Mabi's fault) we did not have a van booked but that we were required to have for our event. Fortunately, this was sorted by the time we arrived at the location. The young man is to be commended for his hard work in getting this van arranged for us as it was no easy feat and for remaining calm with two very upset people. Apologies for our initial behaviour but there was a lot of pressure on us. A truly heart felt thank you for help us and getting us what we needed. We appreciate it greatly.
