Auntie is at heathbrook nursing home has been for around 15 months, l can't fault them in any way they have and are amazing wonderful caring staff the lockdown has been extremely difficult but they have dealt with it in a very professional way l want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for looking after auntie you are all heroes well done heathbrook auntie couldn't be in safer hands xxxxx

Unfortunately I have had to submit a formal complaint about the care and treatment, or lack of it, at this home. I was appalled about several aspects of this care home and, as expected, have received a lukewarm apology on one issue and a complete stonewall on the other issues I raised. I personally cannot, under any circumstances, recommend this care home especially at the exorbitant fees they command, even after the death of a loved one !!!!! (Yes, read the small print!! Our family was charged almost 3000 after our mum died ....... for so-called « deep cleaning » even when an article had been left in mum’s room from a previous occupant!! And when I raised a concern about my mum after speaking with her on the telephone it was a full 45 minutes before anyone checked on her !! Silly me - I expected someone to check straight away as I believed she had had a stroke. Absolutely appalling care here.

My dad is currently here and I cannot fault the way they look after him, the dignity they give him and the home is kept so well.
