This is unacceptable!! I ordered box master max sandwich and I received it with over cooked chicken that is hard to bite and something moisty and disgusting under the crusty cover... however that's not it, I asked them to change the sandwich and they were so welcoming to do that, I took the second sandwich and when I opened the box I was surprised with the SAME peace of chicken that I took a bite of inside my new sandwich!!! I am so disgusted by the sandwich and by them fooling me and pretending that they made me a new sandwich.....

Kfc drive is fast.. You don't have to wait for long to be served. Kudos KFC Lyon Porte des Alpes.
Carte sodexo never works which apparently \tomber bien\ because they also had no hot wings. Not sure who it fell well for.
50 days old lettuce inside the burger. Horrible experience. Please do quality control.
