Outstanding Service - Wanted a local builder for our custom built home and found Steve Smith's Construction. From start to finish, they held our hand, guided us on how the process worked, and were always available for questions. They finished right on time as they had planned - and earlier than any other builder would offer to me. The quality was above and beyond my expectations. I just wish I had a little more money to see what they could have done for me in the landscaping department - I didn't ask for it, so we never got to that area. I would (and HAVE) recommend them for any build.
