One of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Lou and his crew installed a new roof and were excellent. I plan on using them again in the future for anything I might need and I can't recommend them enough. You owe it to yourself to at least call him if you're looking for work that needs to be done on your house.

I have worked with Lou both personally and professionally. He replaced the roof on my personal home and it’s gorgeous. It was done so fast, and the workmanship is impeccable. I am also a real estate agent and Lou is always my first phone call with any and all roof/siding/window questions. The best of the best!
I called LA3 based on a trusted recommendation of a prior customer of LA3. I called and spoke with Lou and explained that I had a leak in my roof. Lou had one of his employees to my house in 30 minutes. They only fixed what was necessary and didn’t try to push extra work and costs on me. I even inquired if I need a whole new roof but Lou told me I still had a few years left on the roof and wouldn’t replace it just yet. The job was done with a few hours and could barely tell there was any repair done. I won’t go anywhere else for any roofing repairs or replacement.
Probably the best and easiest experience I've ever had with a contractor. Lou's crew tore off and replaced my roof in a single day, and left everything cleaner than it was when they got here. Plus, he was incredibly quick, friendly and responsive!
Fantastic roof company! Lou had his crew patch a hole for me until they could get out to do a replacement a few days later. Excellent workmanship and not a trace of the old roof left in the yard or bushes.
