Switching practices immediately! I was warned not to seek care with this practice but did not listen and now must begin again with a new doctor. After waiting weeks for a serious eye concern I was just sent away from the office for being 15 minutes late to a new location. (My fault I recognize, I just move to MKE) However, this is after the they kept me waiting literally 55 minutes past my appointment time (that I was on time for) 2 months ago. AND the doctor cancelling my appointment for this same serious eye concern the day before Thanksgiving; after confirming two different ways with me the day before!! Literally, the reason I was given today was that he didn’t want to go into his lunch hour! I was told that this was a rude practice, but this takes rudeness to new heights - into poor care. Keep looking forward better doctors.

Dr. Edmonds is efficient, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of eye care from examinations to diagnoses to solutions, to surgery and follow up. Everything was done efficiently with the tech. She was friendly and professional. The part that bothered me was that I waited over 30 minutes before I saw you. Someone should have checked in with me to tell me about the wait. You were also professional but you didn't say " Sorry for the wait". I consider that a common courtesy. Thank you.

The reception area is very clean and sparse (Covid-19), and they're meticulous about safe-distancing and disinfecting. The receptionists and nurses/health care assistants are professional and efficient. My wait-time to be seen was nominal. After the external eye exam and dilating drops (administered by the assistant), Dr. Edmonds does an internal eye exam and asks if I have any questions or concerns. Having been a patient for several years, I'm pleased with the doctor and facility.
