I ordered online order to pick up my lunch fast because sometimes the waiting is long in the store. when I picked up my order and came back to my office to eat, I realized they forgot to put shredded lettuce. something looked missing on my rice bowl. I got upset and call the store and complained it to the manager. she just told me that she will find out what happened and call me back. no call so far.... I am very disappointed.

I know what you're thinking my hungry friend. \There are so many deli style burrito joints- What makes Moe's so special?\ Well let me tell you. It's not the Salsa bar, though it IS always fresh and delicious. It's not their impressive variety of flavorful ingredients (who else has 2 kinds of rice And quinoa , raw, grilled, And pickled onions, etc, etc) It's not even their fantastic weekly specials ( Burrito MondayStacker Thursday) No. All those things make Moe's wonderful, but what makes them special is the great folks who work there. They are just so nice. They make you feel welcome and cared about. They make you not even mind waiting in line for 15 minutes because there's only 2 of them working and you can see they're going as quickly as they can. And when it's finally you're turn, you know it's going to be so worth the wait

Moes the place where they Apparently charge for guac now and the place where they don’t even peel the onions, and sides don’t look to fresh anymore ,i used to love this place but now it’s getting on the expensive side and smaller portions this would be my last visit here
If I had to rate this place up against Chipotle and salsa fresca, Moe's would win every single time. They have a ton of options to choose from and their food is always packed with flavor.
