At first staff may seem friendly but they are unprofessional. Awful front desk staff. Takes no responsibility for their errors. Also this place is not transparent with costs, you will be charged an extremely high amount at end of visit. I've been wearing contact lenses for 20 years, I simply needed to reorder. AFTERWARDS they inform me they don't carry the same brand and didn't order the correct lenses. It took FOUR weeks for me to receive a TRIAL lens. Be ware, go to another eye doctor office. Not worth going to this place.

The physicians and medical staff are friendly and efficient. The optical center is a joke. Two years in a row they messed up my order for new glasses by either not placing the order or installing lenses in the wrong frames. Nobody calls you when your order is ready. Big time sink. Whatever you do DON'T but glasses here. Way overpriced and horrible customer service.

Awesome Dr. Very thorough, kind and compassionate.

Dr. Schramm is very caring and definitely puts her patients first. Always a great experience. Plus there is a wide selection of high quality frames.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff seemed nice at first but certainly lacked professionalism and maturity as I watched the 2 people at the desk try to pass things off to the other. Clearly neither of them wanted to work. The assistant was the best employee there who did the initial part of the exam. The eye doctor was incompetent and showed no concern for patients. I had to go back because my eye glasses were hurting my eyes. Instead of even checking to see if the prescription was correct I was told to wait it out. Why you wouldn't make sure that the prescription you gave is correct when someone comes to you in pain is beyond me. Needless to say thankfully there are many other doctors and practices so I will not ever be returning. I went to LensCrafters instead and all is fixed now. No thanks to Brookfield Vision.
