Horrible place. The city of NY should shut down this place. First of all the employees do not have any idea what they are doing and when you advise them to not do it again they say OK and they still do it. The wax that they use is horrible and they say it's safe! The skin from my face got peeled off!

I usually come here once in awhile to do a touch up on my brows. The place is always empty and they are quick. However, they are not the most friendliest. Bonus - it's right near the R train.
