Your customer service is terrible, they told me 8 minutes and never came. I called numerous times and every time I reminded them, they either hung up on me or just put me on hold forever. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH!!!!

Also known as Puerto Rico car service, they came on time for an airport pickup. Was twice quoted 30 to JFK. The driver who showed up didn’t help with the luggage and looked disheveled. He said it would be 35. A bit shady if you ask me.
