The machines were not working so the employee said we could hand pitch the ball. Really? For all that I can just go to the park with the kids for free

Was looking for a close to Cleveland (proper) indoor facility that could flex space to accommodate various needs and scheduling. Up To Bat delivered on all. Owner and staff incredibly generous, helpful, and friendly. Will definitely be back. I found my West Side Cleveland indoor home...

Unpleasant. I play for a minor league club needed a cage to workout in due to our facility being cleaned. I scheduled a cage over the phone from 5:30-6:30. I was bumped out of 3 cages by other teams who explained they schedule these cages and I didn't get to actually warm up and start hitting till about 6:40. I then got bumped once again by the hurricanes at 7:05 and decided to pack it in. When I made it to the front to pay the young boy at the desk was rude and I couldn't tell if was his mouth or his rear end speaking to me. I still yet paid full price for the time I didn't even get to utilize even after explaining that I did not get a full hour of workout in a cage. Lesson learned I will not be returning
