I couldn’t find any other custom embroidery shop without a minimum order number and that would be finished in a week. Lucky to come across this place and super happy with how the piece came out, I would definitely order from here again. There was a minor hiccup when I couldn’t reach anyone by phone to check on the progress of my order so I sent an email - David responded promptly and was accessible via email for the entire process, I typically would receive a reply within the hour. I appreciated the attentiveness even though I only had a single piece in my order.

[CHECK THEIR YELP] They have a 2-rating. I wish I had done so first. This is a pattern of theirs. Very, very rude. Extremely rude. Did I say rude? Inconsistent work. Unreliable. This is an unfortunate story because the owner isn't a bad person and I did not want to write her a negative review but she has one main employee that is a blind spot for her. I tried to speak with her over the phone but she insisted I come to the store. However, after this main employee yelling and hanging up the phone on me, I didn't feel it was safe, healthy, or worth it for me to put myself in physical proximity. In short the work they did was bad - the thread stitching was inconsistent, loose, and the placement on the hat was uneven. Below are some pics so you can get an idea of the quality of work. Hopefully you can see enough - I didn't want to take full pics as this is product which I have found a new vendor to produce with high quality. (case in point, see reply below. Name-calling. Yes, very professional. No where in my review did I call names just stated facts. Your reply speaks for itself.) And I stated, I did not want to leave a negative review because I think Helen is a good person.
