The slogan at YogaTribe Brooklyn is “Every Body Belongs,” and this is truly the case. I don’t know of anywhere that is so welcoming to everyone, beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The teachers are an excellent extremely diverse lot, all highly trained and excellent at what they do. The vibe is relaxed and friendly; this place is an oasis of warmth.

I love this studio so much! The teachers are very knowledgeable and they guide the beginner students throughout the classes. The variety of other classes compliment the classic Bikram sequence. I highly recommend trying the intro weeks!

I’ve been coming to the studio since 2014, at first in the Park Slope location, and now in Lefferts Gardens. I love the people and the vibe. I’ve had amazing teachers, some of whom have left, but some are still there and cool new ones too. Clean, friendly, lovely altogether.

When I first entered 1120 Washington Avenue, I had some reservations. The hallways were a little dark and dingy. But once I entered studio, I felt at ease. It was very clean and people were friendly. Prices are reasonable. They have a generous intro special and a single class is 22. If you buy multiple classes, the price can go down low as 16. Not that many places in Brooklyn where you can get a yoga class at that price. They offer all types of yoga, not just Bikram, but also Vinyasa and rocket which I’ve never heard of until I took it there.
