Alecsandra the cashier was amazing, delivered our order promptly with a very nice attitude. She made sure our order was right as we asked for. The restaurant was clean and tidy.
Brooks A&W refused to substitute a beyond meat burger into another sandwich even though the board says you can by paying extra. But no matter the argument, Celine, the server, refused the substitute. A vegetarian does want other burger combos at times and the board says I can. But I was NOT allowed to in BROOKS ALBERTA.
I like this location, small towns seem to have great service!
