Not impressed with service, friendliness . They won’t try and source unusual parts. If they order incorrect parts, they make me feel like it’s my fault. I deal with Napa exclusively in Calgary, very happy with Napa there. Allied Distributors found parts I was needing, friendly and happy to provide great service. Mitch, Mobile Mechanic Calgary

I bought a tool based on their advice which did not work for the job. I came in to return the now used tool hoping they would accept some responsibility and buy it back to sell it at a pro-rated price, but they just quoted policy and pushed the tool back at me. I realize they aren't running a rental service, and were probably skeptical of my day old story. However, I expect better service from our small local/chain stores, especially if they can't compete with the large chains on price.
Very friendly staff! Parts for vehicles and heavy trucks!
It's a Traction store as well. Lots of products on sale.
Great place to get parts, knowledgeable staff and prompt service.
