We happened upon Tiffanie at Brooks Pet Sitters about 18 months ago after being let down last minute. I was ready to cancel our holiday as wasn't sure how I felt about leaving my animals with someone new last minute, but was instantly put at ease when Tiffanie went through all her accreditations & had me complete a very comprehensive form of exactly how I would like my animals cared for. Whilst we were away daily up dates to say she had been in to visit & regular photos & videos showed my furry & feathered family members to be happy & relaxed. We have continued to use Tiffanie ever since & her service remains to be extremely reliable, from the moment we ask if she has availability her response is always quick & she is always organised at coming to collect the key. We always return to very happy & relaxed animals. Most recently we had Tiffanie come in after Covid-19 restrictions had been lifted a little apprehensive under the circumstances but we returned once again feeling very happy as everything was clean & Tiffanie once again going the extra mile to have disinfected the key before returning it to us. An all round excellent service that I would genuinely recommend to everyone.

Tiffanie has been fantastic. She really loves and takes care of my pets, and is hands down the best pet sitter I've had. She goes above and beyond the usual service, and it's lovely to come back to happy animals and a clean place after a week away.
Brilliant to have someone look after our small furries whilst away for a night. Totally professional and definitely reccomend!
