I have lived at this location for 3 years and it has been a pleasant experience. Maintenance is just a phone call way and the ladies in the office have always been super helpful with any questions I have for them. The park is nice and quite and my neighbors have always been respectful about not being loud at nights. give them a chance if your looking rent a house.

Drove threw the community looks very clean and well maintained. I also stopped by the office and the lady’s that work there are so nice and helpful with whatever info your needing to know. But Overall a great community!!
I have lived here 4 years. I wasn't sure what to expect from a mobile park but I was pleasantly surprised. I quickly went from calling it a mobile park to a community. The guys are always out cleaning the community. The ladies that manage the office Sharla, Becky, Shelby are always a pleasure. I was recently under the weather and needed some paperwork Becky went out of her way and brought it to me. Its the little things like this that make a difference. When you are driving through the community the neighbors wave at each other. I don't know about you but I love being happy in my community. If you are a good person and looking for a place to call home give Brookside Village a call.
I recently moved into this community. The staff has been available to answer questions, address concerns and make sure I am comfortable. Sharla, Community Manager goes above and beyond for her residents. Shelby and Becky are there to help at all times. Maintenance team, Lynn, Bryan, John and Chris have helped me whenever I have needed something. Looking to buy or lease contact the sales and Leasing team.
I moved in a few months ago and the staff have been incredible in helping me with everything I needed. Shelby really worked hard to get me in the right home for me and my family. Sharla has been awesome in responding to any questions I had as well as the rest of the team and maintenance were quick and friendly. Would recommend this community.
