I have been going to Brookwood the last few years and one thing that always stands out is the professionalism and helpfulness of the people at the front desk. They always make me feel welcome. It is the same feeling when I have called to make an appointment. Very accommodating and kind. Great job!
i never thought a drs office would be so good that it’d get me to leave a review, but i absolutely LOVE this one. jaylene is incredible. i’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for an appointment, and they’re fast once you get in there. i highly recommend this drs office.
Ashley just threatened to send something off to collections that we already paid for. We know we paid so we looked it up on our bank statement. Once the charge was found, we then called back and the woman who called us offered no apology she says because she can not take responsibility for something that happened before she was there. That is bs, you can apologize for the inconvenience your company has brought on us. She also had an attitude when she is the one inconveniencing our family and causing us stress. I would say heck no, go somewhere who won't treat you like you stole from them when you paid in full. Update: Ashley later called back and offered an apology. I feel her attitude and how unprofessional she was is unacceptable and someone with competence and humility should be hired.
Wow! I can't believe it has been 2 1/2 years since my son has been seeing Dr. Kim Smith!! She is so great and I wouldn't trade her for the world!!! She listens to everything I have to say. I mean REALLY listens, unlike any other doctor I have ever met before my son was born. I myself use Dr. Adam Smith and also feel the same about \his\ staff. They are all so wonderful and I'm just full when I leave. The knowledge, the love, the care. It's all great! So blessed to have them as our doctor's :)
