I have treated the carparking and the treatment we received as two separate enteritis. For the carparking I would only have awarded one star. When we arrived there were plenty of spaces available, however talk about prehistoric, cash payments only and no card payment options. We had to leave the carpark and visit a garage to obtain change for the machine, at this current time with Covid 19 and the location of the machines (hospital) you would think card payments would be encouraged as many don't want to handle cash. With respect to the A&E team they were fantastic, couldn't have been improved upon. The lady who booked my daughter in was lovely, friendly and welcoming. The children's nursing team were brilliant, they made my daughter feel really special and relaxed. The treatment she received was first class. To you all in A&E who took such great care of my daughter and for the very prompt and efficient service a massive THANK YOU!!!! Rob Andrews

I had a procedure on 4th Jan for a injection in my shoulder. It has not worked and the pain I am having is awful. I have asked for an earlier outpatients appointment, and told \all the doctors are taking leave in March\ so there are NO appointments during March. Why are the 'powers that be allowing all the doctors to be off at the same time?'

I know that with COVID-19 hospital visiting has to be restricted but you would have thought that wards might have employed temp staff to answer the phones so you could enquire as to how your very poorly mother is (or any close friend/family member is). Instead the phones go continually unanswered .
