I must congratulate the company for an excellent customer service, true craftsmanship of his machines and a deep understanding of a writer-cum-typist style. The typewriter is a Ferrari of the italian breed. None finer, not one more smoother and polish to write with. Keep up the good work and May God bless all good Malaysians.
Brought my Hermes Baby typewriter for refurbishment and was very pleased with the results, everything was done professionally. Superb customer service and Mr. Balan was kind enough to give lots of advice and guidance on using and maintaining my typewriter. Also, I spotted a vintage Olympia and I knew I just had to get it!!

The owner is very friendly and personable to customers! He is also very knowlegeable in his trade, especially when it comes to both electric and manual typewriters. He will thoroughly explain the process of servicing the typewriter and when it is done, he will go through the improvements made and give useful pointers on how to care for and use the machine. The price is affordable and reasonable, especially in lieu of the good job they did (cleaning, servicing, other adjustments, new ribbon and others). A student pricing is available, so the prices in this shop is kind to students as well! 10/10 will return if servicing is needed again
