This American cookies location used to be good but seems like the past couple of months when I go there to get a malt shake it looks like milk. there was a new guy there who made it and I asked him why it looks like that and he said that that's what it's supposed to look like. used to not look like that before he showed up.

I ate a variety of their flavor able & delicious cookies and enjoyed them all! I highly recommend the white chip macadamia nut, double chocolate, and original chocolate chip cookies. Service was prompt, efficient, polite, and professional. The young woman that served us, 'Joycelynn', was articulate, pleasant, and fast on the uptake. The store was exceedingly clean. The website does stick though. I perused several of the links and to the life of me I CAN NOT find the prices anywhere. Please work on this.

This was our first time ordering a cookie cake and they did not have Winnie the Pooh character cakes so we requested it. They did such an amazing job! My birthday boy was in love! Very friendly as well. Thank you so much Great American Cookie in Broussard!
