Trevor is professional, personable and is blessed with a true talent and passion that shows in his communication and the detail of his work. Trevor’s architectural expertise was able to bring our dream home to life on paper and through numerous revisions, he always showed patience with us while offering suggestions for challenging areas in our floorplan design. The knowledge and information he provided about the entire building process exceeded any expectations we had in hiring an architect. Trevor educated us in areas such as building codes, materials, local trades, design ideas and cost savings options which gave us valuable insight of what to expect going forward in the construction phase of our home. We love working on any project; small or large. Our main focus is on residential new construction and renovation projects, i have completed over 600 projects for various owners & companies in town. We also have completed numerous commercial projects and actively work on them.
Trevor and Lisa were incredible in helping us create our dream home and were patient with us as we changed our mines a lot. We are self-contracting and he added a ton of value in helping us with stuff beyond the scope of what we thought we were signing up for. Highly recommend using them.
I’ve dreaded the home design process because of all the horror stories I’ve heard about architects etc, but working with Passion Home Designs has been amazing. Trevor is so passionate about his work and it shows. He is kind, friendly, has a great personality and is so easy to work with. I couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. Outstanding service! Highly recommended! Great design team. Easy to work with. Very personable and professional. I hired them for a design remodel. They listened to all of our needs and gave great ideas to fit within our budget. They were quick to respond to any questions, changes and revisions. The design was perfect.
