Did job fast. Guys were nice knowledgeable Did a bad job on clean up and sealing windows. Left small pieces of glass inside and out on window seal and ground below. Left 3 big pieces on porch hand rail. Not good especially when you have a dog and toddler. Had to go behind and fix the sloppy silicone job on inside and out. For the money that was spent I shouldn’t have to go behind and fix and clean up mess. No pride in work. I’m a fan over Quality over speed but I know the demand is high after the storms. So this job one star to make a fair assessment I would have try them again.

Installed a windshield that vibrated immediately after installation - came and checked and said nothing wrong. Leaked with rain! 3 years later my entire cup holder is filling with water when it rains and they REFUSE to fix because it has been so long even though they have records showing I complained multiple times after it was originally put in.
After being given the run around for two weeks now I have officially decided to give up and make this review. My windshield was replaced a few years ago and I suspected it was put in incorrectly at the time due to a slight rattling noise and small leaks here and there. They assured me it was put in fine. After dealing with these leaks for a while they continually got worse and decided to alert them of the situation multiple times, I finally got a call back telling me they will replace it because they wanted to “make it right “ only to get STOOD UP and not even called back about my appointment being cancelled because the manager “changed his mind” about replacing it for me. Horrible customer service, horrible job over all on windshield replacement. Save your money AND RUN FAR FAR AWAY.
Awesome customer service! They came out first thing in the morning to get a quote together for me then came back same day just a few hours later to repair! Just in time for the hurricane that is coming in. Window looks great! I will be recommending them to all my family and friends! Awesome, awesome company!
