Sold me a vehicle without the key fob and didn’t inform me it should come with one. I didn’t even know the car had an alarm system on it until I tried to change the battery. Now running into an expensive problem because I can’t override the security system. This car had a multitude of problems (belts, brakes, windows stopped rolling down, AC) this was just the final straw. I had to bring the car in twice before the month warranty was even up. Also I was just informed the car didn’t have an airbag on the driver’s side. Great to know now. I expect maintenance on an old car which is why I never complained despite this car being nothing but trouble but I feel like I should have been told about the key and the airbags.

Very nice people, and there to go the extra mile. Did not play any games when it came to the price of the car I bought from them. Even helped me to understand it better (never had this brand of import before), even after it was purchased. Car was filled with gas, which was very nice! Was a little scared the day after purchase when a sensor came on, but they happily checked it for free, and fixed the problem - even explaining what happened (not a big deal, I found out, and saw the same when asking others online). Are even getting a new key fob for us, as the one for the car is a bit messed up. And gave info on where to get replacement keys at a good price. Have been telling all my friends about them. Entire family is impressed as well. Car was VERY clean and looks great. Everyone keeps thinking it's BRAND NEW, and don't believe me when I say it is used. Thank you for the great experience!

Extremely nice people! Mrs. Doris is great! She made the whole process so easy. The truck was as clean as a brand new one and priced great. They even filled it with gas!!! Will definitely return to them when we get ready to buy again or have detailing done.

NEVER EVER go here to get an estimate for body damage. These were hands down the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. I walked in to get an estimate. At first the younger girl (30 years old) got up with a clipboard to do the estimate and the older one (50 years old) interrupted. She didn't want to give me an estimate because she said the insurance adjuster would take care of it. I told her the other party didn't want to file with insurance if he could pay out of pocket. I told her I had just gotten another estimate and wanted a second one to compare. She said all prices are the same with everyone around town. I told her that was great and asked if I could get one from them. She did not want to take the time to give me one because she said it would be the same as the one I already had. I then told her I needed to turn two estimates in to the other party. She then said the guy wasn't at the shop and she couldn't do the estimate (when the younger girl had already gotten up to help me). I told her I needed another estimate and if she didn't want to give me one I would have to go elsewhere. She got an attitude, basically didn't care, and still didn't offer to give me an estimate today or any other day. As I was walking out she started talking about me in Spanish. Floored by how rude they were and unwilling to help. If it will cost 500 or 5,000 to fix my vehicle, why wouldn't you want me to give my money to you instead of your competition?

One of be best places that I've been too! Very friendly, brought me to my house and picked me up when my car was ready. I will definitely come back for auto problems. Highly recommended
