I had my eyebrows done and my eyelashes the lady seemed very nice at first then when she started to do my lashes she seemed very agitated and was very ignorant with me and then on my left eye my eyelid hurt so bad because of how she put them on and now 2 days later after getting them done the one part is already hanging off!! Wasted 55

Completely awful experience they ruined my eyebrows gave me two different shapes I had to go to another place to make one side even thinner to match the other side. Don’t bother coming here waste of time.

I went with my mother in law to get her eyebrows tinted. She had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t leave the tint on for long at all. Maybe about 4mins and there were still a TON of grey hairs. We had to make her redo it and there were still extra grey hairs she didn’t get. they’re ONLY good for threading. That’s it.

Told the woman servicing me that I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up and she did just that. I am very satisfied with my services. Decent pricing, very fast and efficient. They also offer a threading package that is reasonably priced. Will frequent here!

Me and my cousin both just got our eyebrows threaded. The two women working there were not polite and tried to rush us out. My cousin’s eyebrows looked completely different compared to one another; which now she has to fix. I got my upper lip threaded as well, but once I got home I noticed there was blood in the corner of my mouth and a significant amount of hair still on one side of my lip. Needless to say we are completely displeased with the lack of service and poor attitude. Do not recommend!!

First off I will say that they do excellent eyebrow tint and threading, this is the only reason I gave them a second star. Their henna tattooing is awful. The pictures you can choose from are black henna and what they actually use is orange/brown. The tattoo I received looks nothing like the one I picked out. I am very disappointed in the quality and in their customer service. Also, their website says they offer a free henna tattoo with eyebrow threading and they charged me 25.

This place is top class beauty salon! Dont get misled by the "top class" statement because that doesnt mean that it is pricey. Everything at Brow Art 23 Ross Park is at a reasonable price and you get top quality service. last week I used Eyebrow Waxing Services and I am much impressed. Thank you!

Final and last time I’m going there. I grew my eyebrows out for more than a month and one is bigger than the other. It’s been more than three times I noticed they have poor customer service. I walked in and said hello and a younger girl looked me in my face and looked away. I wasn’t greeted in the first place. Another time I walked in a lady was on the phone talking looked at me, looked away , and continued talking. Then when it comes time to hand over money and upsale they spark these fake conversations. The worse part is I had to ask for my receipt after paying cash.
