Ever changing staff, no one who knows anything nor are they willing to help. My family purchased many Kias from Brown-Daub and they always took good care of us. Tom Ring was always available and helpful and since he left it has gone down hill.

Bought my 2012 Ford Fusion here, a beautiful car that even before I dropped money into it ran extremely well with the only notable issue being the front rotor having a wobble to it. Good tires, light use, and very well taken care of. I only decided to drop about 2 grand into her after purchase because I wanted a vehicle that would last me a good while -- and speakers, I wanted a good sound system with the works. I had the pleasure to make a deal with Matt Mink, who, despite our lengthy visit, never made it seem like one. Matt was polite and made sure we were completely satisfied with out visit even after we left to shop around, only to return to buy the Fusion. I recommend all my friends at least pay Gary Lee's a visit, even if KIA's aren't your cup of tea.

All I would of appreciated is that their was a courtesy car to drop me off at my home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Yesterday I had dropped off my husband's car at Chevrolet and they was nice enough to take me home and pick me up when vehicle was ready. Which I was grateful they saved me on taking a taxi. Other then that the customer service was amazing.
