Brown & Jackson took over a rental contract I had with a company they bought out. They began sending invoices for 20% more than I was paying. They didn't service the toilet for a month because of a locked gate, but rather than ask the previous company or call me for the gate code, they just collected money without providing service. Until I called them. Even after they had the gate code, my trail camera observed a single visit in a month, even as they continued billing for weekly service. If you like receiving services in exchange for money, this might not be the company for you.
