My walk-behind lawnmower wouldn't start. I knew this was due to me tipping it over on the wrong side to clear grass from the blades and LGM confirmed that the carburetor and spark plug needed to be cleaned/replaced. But I also asked them to check why moving the shift lever has no effect on the mower's drive speed. Another local service centre (LMS) had checked and told me that the gearbox needed to be replaced () so I was almost ready to buy a new 1k mower. LGM diagnosed that it only needed new cables. Thank goodness I asked for a second opinion as this saved me over 800. Communication with Rachel was always excellent (by email) and replies were immediate when she was in the office. Note though that this is only from Wednesday to Saturday. Pick-ups and deliveries are on Thursdays. Other differences: my name was written on a tag attached to the handle (LGM) rather than written on the handle with felt pen (LMS) and it was returned cleaned (LGM). LGM will get all my custom in future.
