The worst surgery I have ever been to. If you have kids don’t go there. Rudest nurse. Clinic manager is not helpful at all. I can’t believe the are aloud to run a clinic like that. If I could give 0 star I would. If you don’t like your job move on and let caring staff that actually like to help people run it.

For months this surgery has misdiagnosed me. Everytime I would call with symptoms they would not take it serious enough to do something about it. I really don't understand the lack of care shown to someone in my situation. Even if your tests show there is a problem, the main response would be I am not concerned about that. I had to beg to get tests done. No one deserves to be treated like this. I hope the doctors in this surgery see it within, to fix up and remember, why they chose to be in this profession! Please make up your own mind about this surgery as they have messed me about for a long time!

Rude reception staff not to me personally but Ive seen and heard how they can speak to people then have a gossip about it after while everyone is listening, not professional. One of the doctors their is not a good doctor. He will say your fine when you know your not, or misdiagnose you. I would recommend seeing dr Rahman if you had to stay at this doctors surgery, but if you want to be thoroughly checked over and listened too regarding your symptoms without being shut down then go elsewhere.

Rude Reception staff! When you coming in they all look at you like you are in the wrong place! To book appointments you have to call on the same day and pray for free time slot! I don't go to GP's to waste people time! Like some people! Even to get referral is a nightmare. They don't give any information's when comes to leaving samples!
