I want to share and let everyone know that from the beginning process to the end; knowing that the end wouldn't be the end unless that's what you wanted. Luther Drummond and his entire staff there at Bruce & Stiff are remarkable. They went way beyond the call of duty during our loss. There was never a response of o\ and always did what they could do to make your request fulfilled. The team never made anyone and I mean anyone feel like they were not important or their loss was anything less. They were very open and communicated with everything so that you knew what was going on, what will happen and never kept anything from you during the process. If an issue came up, they wouldn't make a decision unless it came from the family. One of the main key with them was they.... LISTEN. They're intention is to be there for you, the family and that they do to the upmost. They are not the company to just pack up and leave when their services are done; they stay with you until you are done with them.
