I went to get the spoiler on my pilot fixed. They knew my name as I arrived which was a pleasant surprise. I had my 1 year old with me and the receptionist put on cartoons to keep her entertained. The work was fast & service was polite. Highly recommend You can't even tell it's a new part on my car.

Professionals, very timely, very friendly, feels great, works with insurance just as good as out of pocket big money guys, treat everyone as family, reccomend them if you want your car fixed RIGHT 100%. They eve washed my durango on the inside and out. I brought it in with mud on the outside cleaned the whole body looked like a 2015 show-room floor off the lot model! They give you exact costs before ordering parts. Biggest part I loved was free diagnostics, that's very hard to find. They were very cool ! Thanks guys! I will reccomend everyone to come here if you want tour ride to be brand new again! They replaced the whole front end , and the hood all the way down the the bottom lip and the radiator ( guards ) it's a big peice of metal it was bent to hell but it did its job ( no radiator damage or leakage) what do you think rate their job from 1/10 peeeeeeps , hail to the redskins and hail to Bruce's!

They repaired 1,400 worth of damage to the front bumper of my 2018 Honda CRV. The work performed met my expectations. However, there billing department led by Marilyn is poorly managed. The work on my car was completed but they would not release it to me until they received supplemental check from USAA Insurance. They never notified me that this was an issue. I did not find out about their concern until I tried to pick up my car. Please know they accepted my car for repair knowing they would be working with USAA insurance for payment. USAA has an excellent reputation for integrity. Instead of them resolving the two party check payment issue they held my car hostage. I had to personally contact USAA Insurance and coordinate a satisfactory resolution to get my car released and I was the claimant. Very poor customer service!
