Amazing view, nicest people you will find and he best view of COMO lake around. Stop have a beer a quick bite and take some pictures to enjoy.

Very beautiful place
This hotel is perfect for a night in Como. The food tastes amazing, the bed is very comfortable (a little older though) and the view extraordinary! The people there are very friendly, they just speak Italian but you they try their best to accommodate you nonetheless. The way to that hotel is a bit extreme though. If you don't feel comfortable driving very small mountain "roads" then maybe it's not what you are looking for
Went here for 1 night in June 2019 , it was an unexpected road to reach it. Not an easy drive at all, but the food and views were absolutely worth it. We are eager to come back sometime.
Lovely sightseeing. Not the place to go if you are looking for sophisticated and elegant restaurant. Ok if you like traditional local food
This is a trek to get to but well worth it for the rustic fare and terrific views. We had a super plate of cheese and meats then vegetarian pasta and wild boar with polenta. Finished with lemon sorbet and apple cake. All wonderful.
Baita Carla is our favorite recharging stop when hiking around the hills of San Maurizio. Good food, warm family atmosphere and affordable pricing. Parking available.
