I have always had a good experience with this surgery. Its sometimes a little hard to get a routine doctors appointment that isn't a month or so away, but their same day access service is brilliant. The doctors and nurses are also all very good are really care about helping you feel better.

I was told by an operator, after a 40 minute wait, that you cannot get an appointment by phone, only by using their online system. This is not the sort of service you expect from the NHS. Being told by that operator that the reason is because they have 40,000 patients and they needed us to do some of the work (her exact words) left me speechless! Maybe they need to downsize or remember that they are there to help and not to do us a favour by seeing someone. I will be changing doctor as soon as possible. Never want to have anything to do with this lot again!

I wen't down to Brune Medical Center least week for a check up for my son and got weighed and she said he weighs 8 pounds but she was wrong he doesn't actually weigh that so now I'm going to get them done don't waste your time with them.

Absolutely ridiculous trying to get an appointment or even speak to someone. Receptionists are completely unhelpful and are more like guard dogs preventing anyone coming near!! My recommendation is to stay away from this place or you will end up 6 feet under because you cant get hold of anyone.

since the willow group took over this practice its become total rubbish not what i paid into the nhs for years via my tax's, this lot should closed down and the willow group shut down, and run out of town, they will cost the public their lives, they never answer the phone unless you been on hold for 30 mins and are worthless the only way you can add a comment is by giving this bunch of clowns a star
