I took my van in for an MOT the other day. Fully aware of the Covid situation, I knew I’d have to wait outdoors. Was kind of hoping though that as I had made them aware I’d be waiting with the vehicle both on the phone and on the day, that I was the only one waiting with their vehicle and that it was -2 and snowing outside that they might of prioritised it but instead I spent 3 hours freezing my a**e off I go inside to collect the paperwork, press the bell for attention, wait for a minute or so, no response so press it again and get someone yelling so abruptly to hang on. I just thought seriously!? You guys have just totally disregarded me and now you want to talk to me like that. The only redeeming feature of the trip was the chap that came out, apologised for his colleagues’ attitude and set about changing bulbs to get the van through its MOT.

No booking in time given. Just 'drop off in the morning' Woke up to missed calls. Rude voice mail so rang back. Tried to explain to the person on the other end of the phone that was no time given. Just a 'morning drop off' and I had the phone put down on me. (Phone call recorded. Nothing un toward said by my self to them on the call) First time dealing with and last time for me.
