Well where do I start, when my husband and I arrived at my appointment i pulled in and he was behind me and he was getting out of the truck and fell straight down messing up he shouldered, Bryce, knee, wrist, thumb, cutting up forearm because the service crew did not clean water the water from the snow that had melted i jumped out of my car telling my daughter that my husband had just fell. A service crew member came out and I said could you please help me my husband just fell. The grental man come over and tried to help but went inside to get some bandages and the manager come to see if there was anything that he could do and told us if we needed anything to let him know. We have never received a call from Bruner Toyota to see how we are doing anyone else would be trying to sue your company. So this was my experience with your company. Sheila Evans

I moved to Brownwood, Texas almost 3 years ago after calling Dallas my home for the previous 28 years, so I am accustomed (maybe spoiled) to a high level of service. Initially, when I relocated, I was concerned that I would not be able to find a place to service the Lexus vehicle I owned, but someone mentioned that it's made by Toyota and suggested I take it to the Bruner Auto Group/Toyota Service Department. I was hesitant but decided to give them a shot. The service that Michael, Richard and their team provide to me makes me feel as though I am back in Dallas! They are courteous, professional and efficient and are always very accommodating in working with my schedule. They take the time, with the customer, to set expectations and explain the process from start to finish. Also, their estimates for the time to complete my service and the costs involved are always accurate. There are no extra or hidden fees/charges. They operate with a high level of transparency which is hard to find and something I really appreciate.
