After a bad experience with the nearby Specsavers I came here wanting to know why I was holding two pairs of glasses that did nothing. I was explained everything perfectly. I had answers to questions I didn't even know or ask. I walked away with knowledge and a fix to the problem Specsavers failed to solve or simply ignored. I can't recommend this place enough. I feel like it's a hidden gem. Stay away from the big corporations that just want your money. Come here if you actually want someone to help you.

Service is good at first. But once you have too many visits or too many requests. The optometrist starts to get impatient very quick. Hope she can be more patient with the patients. Would not go back any more. Go to brunswick Specsaver. More affordable service.

Debbie, the optometrist, was great. She listened intently as I explained my symptoms, she diagnosed me in a matter of minutes, explained things in an easy to digest manner, made sure all my questions were answered, and had me out the door with a prescription in hand in under 10 minutes. Also, they bulk bill!

The optometrist here is the warmest, friendliest most lovely practitioner I've met. It really is a joy visiting. (P.S. I'm not her bookkeeper...I'd probably advise her to spend less time with little old ladies fixing their glasses, stop telling people their old glasses frames are fine if they just want to get new lenses, and ban her from giving out freebie contacts).

I walked in today and needed a referral for a specialist. The Optometrist was so lovely and made me feel really welcome. She helped me get an appointment with a more suitable specialist and I really appreciate her taking the initiative! She will be my regular Optometrist for sure!
