We were with our last vets 20 years and when we moved here didnt think we would somewhere as good but so glad we chose Brunswick, the staff are friendly, helpful and care about the pets welfare which is what you want from a vet. Have called a few times with query/advice re our bunnies and always had a helpful friendly and professional response.

After using this vetinary clinic since getting our first dog, never before have I been so disappointed in the place. We booked our pet in for her boosters, and arrived with plenty of time to spare. But alas, more than 45 minutes later, we had still not received them. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there were limited bookings, so it was not an issue of too many animals, but instead of their time management. Multiple dogs went in before us (all of whom were booked in for a later time than our appointment was) leaving us stood outside in the bitter winter winds after walking her down. I feel let down by this company, especially after staying loyal with them for so long, and I hope that this kind of issue does not arise again, else we will be considering a re-evaluation of our loyalty.

Fantastic staff extremely helpful had to wait outside whilst they took my dog in. There're prices are also very favourable compared to the local competion. Alpha cabs will also pick up and bring back so long as they know you have a pet with you.

Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Poor Millie, our rescue cat hates travelling and gets very nervous going to the vets and she ends up being sick. They clean her up as best they can and clean the cage for us too.
