My sister was at this facility. She was treated so poorly. She had a nurse refer to her as a \large\ woman. The nurse the told her more than once to urinate in the chair where she sat because the nurse couldn't lift her. They with held her meds, her C-PAP. Placed her call button out of reach. They also accused of stealing things as she got ready to leave. I would never put a loved one there. If I could, I would have it closed

I wouldn't even give them a one star. The staff is very rude. Management does not listen to family members/ patient problems. Rob avoids situations and sweeps big issues under the rug. I would never have my loved ones here.

This place is gorgeous! Everyone is so friendly and there is free starbucks for anyone! All the rooms are private whether you are on medicaid or medicare. Definite great place for your loved ones!

No facility is perfect to be 100% honest. Realistically if you want one on one care you should take your loved one home and hire private duty. But this facility is one of the best around. They truly care and do their absolute best in caring for their residents

I cannot say enough good things about this facility. The staff is wonderful, building is beautiful and clean. The nurses are so helpful, professional, smart, and fun. The aids are always attentive, supportive, and available. The house keepers really go above and beyond for the residents as well! It’s a great environment to be a part of.
