Clean, Professional and courteous. Made me feel at ease. I had not been to the dentist is a fairly long time and was anxious. The staff was calm and helped me feel comfortable. They explained the insurance and costs which were much more reasonable than I thought. I am happy I chose Brush32.

After just my first visit at this location I knew I wouldn’t have to look any further. The ENTIRE staff of Brush32 Central Austin is beyond nice, and make you feel at home to their best abilities. And it’s obvious to me that they are happy to be there. Now I actually look forward to going to the dentist because they do that great of a job. Not to mention their facility is squeaky clean, and health is their top standard. They take everyone’s temperature and even have you wash your hands when you enter their building. I would recommend Brush32 to everyone and their mother, and I have faith that all of their other locations are just as amazing!

The front desk staff is incredibly rude and unpleasant to work with. They mismanage your time and information is not provided consistently. The front desk staff does not follow PCI compliance. In addition, there were times in which I’ve waited over an hour long to pick an item up. I show up 13 min late after calling them in advance informing them of this. They decide to no longer see me. There is no customer service when it comes to this company.

Brush32 has cured me of my dental anxiety! Serously, every experience here has been amazing. I feel I'm always informed about what is being done and given options, instead of being upsold on potentially unnecessary treatments. Everyone here is super friendly and the office is comfortable. Highly recommend coming here if you have any phobias involving dentistry like I did!!!
