complete incompetent expertise office don't know from where they gate their expert , they make expertise with Cristal ball. they give totally unrealistic expertise about house renovation. they just work with bank to get their money they don't care totally about your needs and impact their expertise can have on you .

Make sure to upload all documents they request. Although it isnt obligated to send them, if you dont send them, the estimation of your property is usually not correct. Other than that the company is OK.
Very bad experience. Paying upfront for less than 10 min work with no explanations what so ever. Impossible to get in touch with expert afterwards. Expert report empty, no comps.

Très très mauvaise expérience ! des gens totalement incompétent il a fallu attendre 3 semaines pour avoir une expertise. un premier devis a 350 euros et une facture supplémentaire de 325 euros pour un expert qui ne se déplace même pas sur place. DU VOL.... obligation de la part d' AXA banque de passer chez eux!
