Cool clothes nice building no air conditioning so in summer time a no go ..... the best time to go there is on mondays and Tuesdays....and sales. Staff is ok. Cool gift section...books and gadgets

I like the Urban Outfitters clothing style because it feels fresh and different. This store is specifically amazing because of its sheer size. It's got three floors in total which makes it the biggest Urban Outfitters I've ever seen.

WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My order was placed on hold since they had a problem in verifying my purchase (that nevertheless was charged in my bank account). When I asked for clarification on what to do to solve this, they took more than a week to answer my urgent email. The day before (yes, BEFORE) I got the answer with guidance on what to do, the order was cancelled. On top of this, despite mentioning in the mail cancelling the order that the items were not charged on my bank account, after 5 days of the cancellation no refund of the purchase has been made nor my mails have been answered. ADVICE: avoid UO and look for alternatives (that would be more than probably cheaper as well)

Staff are lovely and helpful. The building is absolutely beautiful, marble stairs... just lovely. But the prices are ridiculous. The items are not worth that much money, unfortunately. But always nice to pop by this shop and have a wonder around.
