Giving it one star because I can't rate any lower. So I visited the store to buy a purse for my mum's birthday, but went along with my fiancé as I don't know alot about purses. Due to the new rulesb of covid19, only one person from a group could enter. So I had to send my fiancé inside the store with my credit card and she sent me pictures of different bags for me to choose from while I stood outside.

Loved it. I didn't have to wait for long for someone to attend. The woman was very patient and polite and was attentive to my requests. Unfortunately my belt size was not available today so I had to come back with just shoes but I will get it in 2 days. It was a pretty decent experience.

I wanted to buy something. Noone never came to help me. I left with nothing. If you dont come to buy the most expensive item, noone will bother to assist you or even say hello

The young man that helped me today with my socks deserves a raise! He was so friendly, he was very patient aswell! Even it was just for socks he provided the info like i was buying a jacket of 2000. All the other staff welcomed me warm hearted and really were friendly even they didn't helped me! Really good shop, gonna shop here more!

The atmosphere and general feeling of a \gucci store\ is there, however at times, the staff can be a real hassle to deal with. The first experience with this was when I went to buy a suit. It was impossible to get any assistance that day and I was rudely brushed off by an employee when I requested for some assistance. When people are paying lavish prices for honestly quite simple goods, the service should be absolutely flawless. The second time was when I went with a friend, we were being quiet and respectful, but the \bouncer\ would not let us in. He stated that it was a rule in all gucci stores that to enter you had to be above 18, which is ludicrous. Of course, after bartering with him for a few minutes we were let in hesitantly. These two experiences have left a sour taste in my mouth. There are many employees who I'm sure are helpful and do their job well, however, the actions of these few rude employees were enough to give me a bad impression of the store. Once again I feel the need to reiterate this: not all employees act this way, in fact most are docile and helpful (if you look affluent). In the end this still is a gucci store, and has good atmosphere, so I can't be too critical of it.
